RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Spin-off They have been talking with TSX for some time, they understand the requirements for the spinout and this 43-101 is what is required for the new company, Beauce Goldfields Inc.
I was in touch with Patrick last night, he said the report is there, he indicated he will have his technical guy put a copy on their server to make it easier to get hold of.

He also said that the people at the conference have indicated that billions of dollars have been spent removing Boron and Phosphate. They are dumbfounded at the simplicity and effectiveness of our Purevap B&P removal. Very exciting!
