As at October 31, 2016, LCG [Luxor Capital Group, New York] acquired an aggregate of 2,240,454 Common Shares and disposed of an aggregate of $111,000 principal amount of Convertible Debentures such that the Convertible Debentures over which LCG exercises control or direction are, as at October 31, 2016, convertible into 17,172,727 Common Shares (the Debentures).
