RE:RE:Private PlacementYou must be an AI to get that many as it is capped at $15K (100,000 units) to existing shareholders and that $15K includes all EAT shares bought in the past 12 months.  Someone that bought 100,000 shares at $0.055 is OUT too as the minimum PP order is $10K.  I was lucky enough to buy in at $0.03 and cap my investment at $3K so I am fine but you can see how easily it is to be below or above that range for investing shareholders.
