Lol wut. I'm just going to humor your post, as I suspect you may be a ten year old with a paper trading account and could use the tutelage.
If you have a long and a short position on the same security, you either have equal positions which will result in always breaking-even (minus the commission fees you pay to your broker), or you have unequal positions.
If you have unequal positions, you will only have a net gain if the stock goes the direction of your larger position. By having an opposite position, you are simply wasting your capital and lowering your potential gain.
