But if you watch the 10-year bond yield has shot up to over 2%, a precursor of things to come with the new administration. If the rates of the loans are locked in for long period, that is great. But i would imagine there must be conditions in the covenant for adjustments in case the rates shoot up. I don't know. In any case, the CRH managment, i am confident they will make the right decisions come what it may.
