Now they have until Dec 30 to exchange those bills (some BS going on). That change could be postive for gold/bitcoin because those people might walk away from real money in the future & start dealing with hard assets. Yeah, sure it's a big positive for their economy. Warning was issued by the GOI to deposit & declear all the black money last year & just pay 40% tax but people avoided that warning.
