In addition, the Company is focused on new processing technologies for lithium through its collaboration with global multinational technology partners such as Tenova Advanced Technologies, at the process testing, engineering, and design stage on the Clayton Valley Project.

Well, we're a lot closer to the PEA announcement hopefully. Any body wanna discuss what It'll say. I think it will include the purchase of the Tenova Bateman extraction plant and possibly a buyout offer from Tesla that will include the money to go forward with the construction of said plant. This is just a broad stroke I know but it will lock up the Lithium for Tesla and Elon Musk wants the gigafactory to control the total battery process and this would be one step solved.
