There may have been some confusion from their news releases on the CAD vs USD amounts and what not.

I can clarify with certainty that the dividend on a quarterly basis is 0.0055 cents which is x4 to get 2.2 cents per year. That 2 cents over a 40 cent share price is a roughly 5% dividend yield.
