i'm asking questions not trolling...
who is the smart $?...was the $ smart when it did the last round before latest? that didnt work out well.
and another question is why this isn't a private company getting strategic company investors or top level VC $ instead of raising money on a 3rd rate exchange. if they really had anything there would be strategic investors by now..
