RE:RE:RE:WHY AM I WASTING MY TIME With that sort of twisted logic, no company should ever be acuired as they never caught a bid in the past. Anyone buying a stock on buyout spec alone is a fool. We have a 2-3 year horizon, avg of about .60. Clearly, HWO CN is commenting on canadian energy services co's which they could aquire. Has to be under 100M market cap most likely and be a fit. Not 2 many service names in canada any longer. Our scan shows on 3 likely candidates. ESN, CET, CWC. Essential has lowest debt/equity ratio, dominant coil tubing operator, would make them a top dog rig servicing co and branch out their tool rental offering. CET, debt is high, CWC, 70% owned by Brookfield and doubt they wish to punt at such a low valuation.

in other words you are making a bet that esn will be a takeover target. for 10 yrs and in good times nobody ever made an attempt/an offer to buy esn why in bad times would they make an offer now
while rigs are rusting in their backyards and the world is awash with oil
142ml shs @ 1.60 is what do the math nobody is going to spend that kind of money>
