it's the same engine just the only difference is the second number.
the first number represents the generation—in this case, 1 or 1,000.
The second number denotes the customer: 1 for Airbus, 2 for Mitsubishi, 4 for Irkut, and 5 for Bombardier. The last two numbers indicate the thrust class: 24 for 24,000 pounds of thrust,
