? Most shoring the 6 year unsecured notes probably started in the 80's  and they are now headed for the 40's, with a 38% yield.  So I agree it doesn't look good for the bondholders at this point and most retail here can not short them.  from what I understand they would only pay the coupon portion but October 15th - the coupon date - has passed so in response to your statement they do not pay 30% rate for 6 years.  They may have to pay the coupon but if it goes to zero before Oct 2017 they get off scott free.
