They have funding as this letter plan of operations clearly states the agenda.
I think a bridge loan from Newstar or a JV with DDC is in the works.I was told by a well connected top diamond GEO in Canada PGD is working on funding and he told me "do not under estimate Robert and Eric's ability to fund this "MINE".
