I meant I was just guessing that when you apply for NCIB, the NCIB rules might have some provision to prevent management from selling to the company. It is irrelevant anyway, since TOS doesn't have the cash reserves to support the price with the current heavy volumes. We don't even know what their sales are, because their cash flow projections are all internal.
