To my understanding

They have figured out how to adjust and tweak the unit to produce certain amount of fuel savings. Now that they have learned that they will make an adjustment to the unit in order to produce an exact amount of savings. It just validated that they can produce over 15% fuel savings. Stop focusing on the bs and focus what really matters.
