Nick is the majority shareholder of AFI and they're shipping a vertical grow system to THC for more efficient marijuana production. The purpose of this is to trial the technology at THC while AFI waits for their pending Medical Marijuana production license which we're assuming should be approved in the next couple months. Once they get their license it is assumed they will also produce MJ with that technology. They're also building a commercial strawberry farm in Abbotsford BC to prove the vertical technology to the big producers in California who are hurting due to the bad water situation down there.
