...Just Thinking Out Loud.

...Just Thinking Out Loud.If I recall correctly, there was publication or talk of Ucore (Public) and IBC (Private) potentially joining forces for a joint venture. It's quite obvious and apparent that that is already a mood point. There was also talks of changing Ucore's name to something else, potentially SuperLig etc. I am not eductated on all the business side aspects with these types of scenarios but I wonder if a corporate restructuring would come about? The Hub & Spoke Model becomes interesting. Where does a partner fit in if Ucore/SuperLig is the Hub? The partner would be part of the hub if all or most of the spokes were related to the partnership. Would Bokan be it's own spoke? I am curious the layout that would be presented and the contract specifics of the joint venture. The other part of this would be if the restructuring would change the dynamic of the amount of shares that Ucore has vs how the new partnership would look. Will Ucore absorb IBC after time? Just thought I'd put out some feelers on what others are thinking. GLTA, Short and Long!
