RE:RE:RE:Huge Catalyst...

RE:RE:RE:Huge Catalyst...Lol, what a ride it has been.  In a nutshell, here it is (other longs please correct any mistakes I make):

1. Rare earth bubble in full swing (circa. 2011).  Stans has acquired a rare earth mine and processing facility that needs to be refurbished in Kyrgyzstan.  Has suppport from the locals.  Has rail access closeby.  Stans is further ahead than almost anyone else due to the processing facility and expertise by Russian scientist partnership.

2. Introducing Chinese f**kery.  Kyrgz officals (corrupt as sh*t) mess with our licences.

3. Stans beats them once.  They try other stuff successfully and basically nationalize the mine.

4. Stans sues them in Russian court. Wins. Loses. Retries, wins. Loses again.

5. Ontario courts freeze shares of Centerra which Kyrgyzstan republic owns as collateral. They eventually overturn that decision.

6. UNICENTRAL arbitration happening.  Ongoing now.  Sueing for damages up to 200 M (or something like that)

7. Stans weasels its way into a near-term production Lithium play in Russia which sounds exactly like the kind of promises made way back in Kyrgyzstan (not saying they won't succeed this time but seriously, it's exactly the same story).  They are now doing due diligence on this lithium stockpile and attempting to make money that way.

That is basically how I see the story of Stans.

If you want further details or clarification, I'm sure others here can help

Cheers,
Imprint
