Geez, I hope he doesn't intend to raise funds at these prices.  I feel secure though in knowing that Mr. Rowland holds alot of this stock personally so it's in his own interest to do a raise at a much higher share price.  SICPA sits on the board and owns alot of shares so their interests are aligned with us shareholders as well.  Unlike U.S. swing state voters, I don't think they would do anything against their own self-interests.
