The Company's net lease portfolio is leased to tenants that include travel centers, quick service and casual dining restaurants, movie theaters, health and fitness centers, grocery stores, automotive parts and services and other businesses in service-oriented and necessity-based industries.

Google has become of source of nonsense news if you subscribe to RSS feeds.

These type of sites seem to be generated by Robo-Investors who do not invest ;)

Thank god for the likes of Yahoo Finance who keep it to serious business only.
