RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Fear?Not sure I understand all the negitives regarding Marlborough's statement. If he heard an insider or an officer of NMX make a statement, like Wanda, regarding the expected increase of the deposit I would find that unusual to say the least and probably illegal without an official NR. However the Man can say or relay anything he heard or whatever opinion he likes on this board - there is nothing illegal about that. So far as I know he is not an officer or an insider and if she  made it public withhout an official NR - that is strictly her problem
