RE:Interesting Company - Earnings + heavy ownership

Just checked insider/institutional holdings on SEDAR and institutions own 74.1% of the stock as per the information circular. So even though the stock has 312 million common shares, 80.8 million are free trading. One thing that does make me upset and hold me back from buying shares is the massive salaries management is paying themselves and they own NO STOCK. CEO gets $550,000 a year, the guy should own at least 4-5% of the shares and should of been buying them all along at these prices. I guess they will miss out in the end when the stock prices goes up right? The insitutions control this company in the end with the shareholders too, mangement controls nothing. Overall, I think KUB shareholders will do well who bought over the last 20 months.

JR12, the CEO Mikhail Afendikov is a significant shareholder through his ownership of Pelicourt.  The last time i checked he owned approximately 31% of Pelicourt.  Pelicourt owns just under 40% of Cub.
