When you buy ...Matt Davey really wanted to buy Open bet, but it was the wrong time to buy for the comapny and us shareholders. He didn't repay his chartwell and kryp. acquisition and now we are seeing this kind of stuff. 

I agree with both assessment, bullish in a sense that the guy (1 million) is seeing an opportunity and bearish because it dilute our share. 

I'm down 6 fig now, difficult to swallow but I trust Matt and cie.
