Its subsidiaries include Tanaka Welding Center Co., Ltd., which is focused on welder training and real estate; M.C.S.-Japan Co., Ltd., which is engaged in the design and production of structural steel products; and M.C.S. Steel-Xiamen Co., Ltd., which is engaged in the production and distribution of structural steel products.

He is doing a lot of work on this name right now, because he does like the US theme. What is good to remember about this one is that it is at a low, low price point. It is very blue-collar rental, which he thinks is protected once the housing market picks up. He finds the price attractive.
