house 001 starting dumping before the news (about the time this ticker was shorted 2.5million shares).  The shorted shares were covered just a couple days before RGX released their good news.  also notice the news came out on U.S. election day,  no one would take interest or notice any other news except that of the election results.  RGX basically killed any momentum that their news would of made.  This is making sense if your into conspiracy.   If news of a PP comes out with warrants attached in the very near future set pricing in this range, I'd say it confirms someone trading with insider knowledge.
