As long as companies have Health Canada license I do not need to worry about plant construction etc.. That's why I only consider LPs.. Where do you value MJN in next few years? It is also breaking out nicely on chart after two months of consolidation.. CB

I'm doing my due diligence and the whole deal makes no sense. After the aquisition, BFK is only going to own 4% of the company?
If you check out their website, it looks so sketchy. Has a main page that looks like a highschool student made it, you click on Press Release and it says it's coming soon. But this company apparently has been around since 1954.
It almost looks like a shell company.
