RE:Off the radar Hello Derek. You must be posting on the wrong board. The balance sheet is one of the worst I have ever seen. The recent note offering was secured so they get first dibbs and this screws the common stock holders.
The CEO doesn't own a single share. And the Chairman of the Board who was previously the Lead Director of the company dumped a total of 580,000 shares in the last 2 weeks. Two of the six directors own zero shares. The bonds are sinking so fast that it is only days away from the banks taking control of the company and this being halted.
