I did find the letters on SEDAR and sent off the objection letter for my shares.  It's not labeled by name, but it is there.

I find it a bit fishy that 4 out of 4 people I've asked received no mail from them.
It may be worthwhile to let the OSC know of this trend.  At this point I don't feel that we have anything to lose.
