RE:I understand there were just 2 entities involved I see it as a Positive that only 2 people (Big insiders)  were willing to spend more money on a project that has hit a wall (Government) that moves As Slow as the minning industry!  ha ha ha   Its Happening!   just on "there" Time,,,   cheers!
