Would like to know if those vest immediately and he can get cash for them.


While the Chairman of the Board keeps dumping his shares.....  

So far he has liquidated ~90% of his common stock since Q3 earnings on November 7th

If that is not writing on the wall to equity holders, then you are in for a real treat
