Ukraine has managed to get from the United States the largest bulk of assistance throughout the entire period of the U.S.-Ukraine relations, according to Ukraine`s Ambassador to Ukraine Valeriy Chaly.
”In 2016 we achieved the largest assistance to Ukraine over the whole period of our relations, worth $658 million, including $355 million in security and defense area,” Chaly said via a Skype press conference in the Ukrainian crisis media center.”
”And I can honestly say that somewhere about $150 million was obtained due to our diplomats` great efforts. Their meetings brought results,” said Chaly.
