Kudosto JamJam and Vick on your due diligence. The old company used to be named Golden Dory. With the mining/commods meltdown over the past 4 years Golden Dory, like so many other companies, had to restructure and regroup.
They changed the company name to Sokoman because they had just had an iron discovery on a property which was adjacent to an Altius property as well. Prior to the restructuring, Golden Dory sold a royalty stream to Callinan Royalties, which was run by Roland Butler. Roland Butler originally founded Altius minerals with Brian Dalton. Well low and behold Altius later bought out Calinan Royalties.
All I am trying to say is that Altius has more of an interest in Sokoman than just owning land next to this new them in this new gold discovery.
The iron discovery was greater than 25%, but the most interesting thing was that it was only like 5m under the surface and the land was adjacent to a new operating mine. Sorry I can't remember the name of the mine.
