RE:re: nopeIt is now legal in Nevada.  If the feds tries to take down the MJ industry in that state, might as well take out the prostitutes and gambaling too.  OK, so Sessions does not renew the Cole Memo so what.  It is in the federal legislature to not prosecute states regarding their laws and to not WASTE federal funds on states that are abidding by there state laws.  When was the last time feds had to intervene with state policies. Sessions is gonna be so busy with immigration policies that he will not have anytime for a budding MJ industry.  Trump will see the business value in the industry and let things be.  As long as the industry keeps things quiet and not make too much noise that could attract the feds, i think people will be able to continue to conduct there business.
