So subscribers...I'm so concerned that the F brothers will do another discounted placement that as a US resident I can't participate, so I'm going to bail and you guys stay put because it will all be okay...What happens to the SP when they do a discounted offering? The SP drops to meet the offering so JK can participate indirectly if he'd like. The combination of JK's passion for SCY and his increasing frustration with the F brothers has brought him to a fork in the road and he veered to SCY. So while the fundamentals may be the same JK's actions speak louder than his written word...

I'm long PGD but JK has his ear closer to the ground than I, he must feel that a discounted offering is possible if not imminent. The SP will pop if we bring in an equity participant or JV partner so why bail now?
