Or the rumor of the Muslims being able to buy gold? I believe that is the basis of the teasers out there talking about gold shooting up in mid December. Both could easily be baloney but what if not?

Tsoprano, I've been on the road much of the last 2 months and am just now settling in back at the house. Truthfully it's first I've heard of both of these news stories so not sure what to make of it. One more thing you can probably add is the possibility of Fed raising rates in December. Remember what happened to gold the last time they raised rates. Who knows anymore in this world. I'm a realist and tend not to listen to the rumor mill. Right now, gold is sitting on support, the question is where does it go from here. Does it track sideway, start a new uptrend or break lower. If it breaks lower the next support is quite a bit lower than where we are now.
