coal power phase out

coal power phase outhttps://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/nova-scotia/nova-scotia-ottawa-reach-deal-on-coal-plants-1.3860739

Nova Scotia exempt from 2030 closure.  Love the CBC article about how coal mines in BC won't affect liberal power since they don't vote liberal.  Does anyone know anything about coal mining in BC or NS?   It's called met coal, steal coal, coking coal.  Nothing to do with power generation, the stuff is used to put a crystal matrix into iron to make it strong.  Steel, that will be needed for Trumps trillion dollar infrastructure plan, for India's 10 trillion dollar infrastructure deficit. The less thermal coal gets burned the less Appalachian mines run with a 20 percent met coal yield.

Met coal...  if Elizabeth May doesn't get it, and Eric Grenier doesn't get, it's no surprise to me that the market doesn't quite get it yet.   If you put the selling price of todays semi soft coking coal into the MOX matrix it becomes clear that if you have 40 cents here today it will be returned every 12 months in a dividend in a year or two.  Want to get the world off coal fired power- you are going to need EVEN more met coal for wind turbines, nat gas pipelines, solar farms, and gigafactories.    Peace.
