No, ACB has not peaked. Worth checking some analyst reports by Canaccord and Morningstar. Analysts have released a few reports determining this stock is worth. It is somewhat roughly worth $2.75 CDN Fair Value. Around $1.75 is for the company itself as mediclal currently, and $1 is for the speculative aspect of legalization.
What is interesting is that their value for recreational ($1) is based off of a unrealistically small recreational market of a few billion, and not the 22 billion, never mind 5 billion. Medical can increase as well.
Additional positive news from the government would push this ($1) number higher. The more people belive a favourable legalization will occur, the more this ($1) is pushed up, explaining why this stock easily hits $3.00 or more sometimes. Nobody will be surprised when these stocks are worth several times what the are now, so do not worry. Many political and company related catalysts can emerge in the meantime.
The analyst releases do not factor in the proposed expansion passing rezoning, or even being approved by town council due in a couple days! This company will be several times bigger in a physical, and fiscal way. Larger facilities mean efficiencies of scale making the product cheaper to produce. Not to mention a variety of 75 strains for sale at one time, when the building is large enough!
It will take a while to realize that with physical expansion of 10 times over, that Aurora shares could go up at least 10 times in value.
Anybody buying in as construction gets a move-on, will be laughing at the end of the build.
