RE:RE SSM0006

RE:RE SSM0006My understanding of it is that if it is bought and consumed in the legal medical/recreational state, there is no issue.  Leaving a legal state into an illegal or medically regulated state would cause a state and federal issue.

There are no laws being broken, so I don't see why HC would have an issue.  However, there was one grower that was illegally growing plants in excess of their license https://www.chch.com/medical-marijuana-bust-in-notl/ in the Niagara area.  So, I can see HC taking the time to make sure that not only through licensing and inspection that new ops are not in the position to grow more than they are licensed to grow.  Perhaps HC just doesn't have the manpower to cope with all the new inspections.  HC wouldn't want the publicto know when inspections are happening, because it would give an unfair advantage to investors.

I'm sure there are many reasons why we are not seeing inspections as frequently as we would like but I'm only speculating.  The only ones that know for sure, I guess, are HC officials.
