Its key downstream asset is the Prince George Refinery (PGR), the sole light oil refinery within the interior British Columbia market.

RE:More insider buyingI think you need to clarify your definition of 'insider'. There have been no purchases of stock by COMPANY insiders since Sept 9th: https://www.canadianinsider.com/company?menu_tickersearch=twm

I believe you may be referring to indusrty insiders, not to be confused with company insiders.
