Doesn't it make sense that they'd proceed with a share buyback if they are expecting an eventual acquisition? If so, I see no reason that they'd refuse said acquisition.

If you guys know anything about video encoding, I believe it makes even more sense for Amazon to acquireNeulion. They handle twitch after all. I can see holding the DivX technology as a very attractive point.
