RE:RE:14% gain on today's newsAs a LAC investor I Iove the gains today of course.

But I still  question why it would go up 14%+ on this news.

First of all LAC is getting $1.2 million USD for this deal. Which is a pittance in the grand scheme of things.

Second there are no numbers attached to the deal on how much revenue they hope/expect to generate or any other details.

So why would any stock jump 15 % on such a news release?

Maybe there is something else in the works that we dont know about.

I suspect for most small companies some people get inside information ahead of us poor retail investors. This is JMO from observing other small caps trade ahead of news.
