Now after many many months of watching this stock after quarterly reporting periods, I can also tell you first hand with some certainty this company has zero chance to succeed.

We as a company are just going quarter to quarter with no long term plan or outlook.  The only day the CEO gets here before the rest of us is when they do the quarterly public conference calls, otherwise looking at at 10-10:30am most days.  Many have barely ever had a conversation with the CEO. Better chance of having it will his dog. He is not approachable and therefore has zero clue as to the pulse of our team.  The CFO who really feels like the CEO on most days is a nightmare.  Hot temper, short fuse, no time for anyone, really not a person you ever would choose to converse with by choice.  I can't speak for everybody but most of us have a really lousy outlook on the company.  Nobody knows the plan or the strategic vision so there is zero attachment to the company, no sense of pride or ownership of projects.  And nobody wants to talk with CFO and CEO so communication is a disaster.  Most just wait for clock to strike so they can leave for the day and collect a pay cheque with very little stress.

Onto the business...we have no direction.  None.  There are no company goals.

Let's start with Pick Nation.  Firstly I have never heard anyone mention Pick Nation inside this building. But apparently it's down 31%.  Is NFL wagering down 31%?  Probably not. Smoke and Mirrors.  50/50 Central--press release painted a heck of a growth story yet dont see it reflected in the numbers or in the number of clients we are adding or people we need to service the growth. We are growing in the number of clients we are losing to competitors.  That's right we have competition now something we didn't really have in the past.  One day we have a daily fantasy site, the next day we give it away for stock in a company with no cash. Multiple people overheard the CFO say in the hall it's worthless stock.  The next day we add a new daily fantasy subscription service and send the players to a different fantasy site to spend money.  Then we announce we did 263k in subscription fantasy services in one month.  Imagine we had a site of our own to reap those benefits from. Management does not understand or focus on any of the businesses other than our main 50/50. We invested 4m in a racing games company.  it's never even been addressed or explained how it fits into our portfolio or vision.  It can't really be explained because it doesn't.  But we are better off with another company managing our 4m than us managing it ourselves so take solace in that.

The fact a group of us in the office are on these websites reading these message boards show that we like you guys are searching for answers.  They are not in this house. We need a change.  If the board of directors is out there we are calling for a reliever.
