You have been in this for ONE YEAR???   Seriously????

When a CEO transfers all his common stock off-shore, along with Jordan Kupinsky transferring direction of his common shares (as both did over February and March of this year), and that is followed by an COMPANY ANTI-HEDGING policy (announced in a PR in MARCH) and putting the company up for sale (ie code for "Strategic Alternatives)  next time RUN LIKE HELL.
