Why so quiet?

Why so quiet?Why is the management so quiet? 
I am not asking for a mircale like a buyout or merger or even an asset sale. 
Just provide one of the things you guys promised:
1) product lanuch in Q4
2) earnout payment which they have enough cash on hand to pay so what are they waiting for
