The Company operates a large scale industrial hemp farm in southern Manitoba on approximately 200 acres of zoned farmland. The primary business of the Company is the sale of hemp biomass and flower (Hemp), Phyto cannabinoid rich (PCR) extracts derived from hemp biomass (Hemp Extracts). The Company is in the process of developing, through acquisition and construction, Hemp Products for general consumer end-use. It has two primary products which it plans to sell and is in the process of expanding its product line. The Company’s primary product to date is Hemp Biomass, which is sold pre-processed to customers and partners who process the biomass into Hemp Extracts. The Company has cultivated approximately 100,000 kilograms of Hemp Biomass.

RE:RE:Monthly Numbers out!....Yes.  The plant  expansion is the only reason for investing in this company.  The fact that they have increased revenues despite a 50% drop in the comercial sector shows the viability of its product line. The hoped for increase in volumes with the plant up and running should add nicely to the bottom line,in the coming quarters.  Tornados notwithstanding of course.  I am low balling bids here. So I might be part of your problem lol!

Thanks for your analysis.  It seems we see different sides of same coin.  I'm naturally a pessimist, but I see good things here.  One must note that the plant cost 15 million to build. There could come a time where royalty payments will exceed the initial capital outlay over time.  While not a reason for investing, and with LP's aggressive sales pitch for PYROTITE, a buyout sometime in the future cannot be ruled out.
