RE:update soonI agree n1urrw12. However, this may be a prepared "last" resort communique if they realize the deal won't happen by year end. I've gotten the feeling they are still hopeful it will, so we continue waiting. Let's face it, we realistically have at most a 3 week window to get this done in 2016 imho.
