RE:RE:What do regular shareholders have to hope for?The deciding factor as I read is if there was any remedy brought forward by the Oppression Litigation plaintiffs (unsecured) that had an adverse effect in the transaction. If the unsecured were treated as secured or if there were any sweeteners to close the deal, may impact the shareholders. I am hopeful that the transaction will be the replication of the July recap proposal, at least for the shareholders. Couple more weeks to find out details?
