The fact that article is a year old is irrelevant, he has very good and sound points on why ALP.v stands out from the rest.  That was when it was at 18 cents.  Fundamentally the story remains the same except now you get to buy it much cheaper than 18 and the investment is derisked from a year ago on many fronts and we are that much closer to initial sample results, possible LOI/off-take, financing the Feasibility, then production. Take advantage while they are cheap.
