If you go to the site PacerMonitor and search Concordia Healthcare, all the filings will come up. It is a subscription website so you will need to get a subscription. I do not have one but I have no reason to question what was posted by Health.
The Bondholders have engaged a Akin Gump. Just because its not on a law firms website doesn't mean they haven't been retained (in fact, I would be surprised if they put all of their clients on their website!!!!) his is not a good thing for the stock, it is tanking because it implies that Chapter 11 is forthcoming. So give it a rest saying it is bullish and calling people here frauds. There is probably fraud here, but I think you are looking in the wrong place.
