RE:RE:RE:What do regular shareholders have to hope for?Just read through the motion materials again. The brief of Argument, items 88-131 are very clear that the CCAA process will not allow any remedy for the unsecured from the Oppression Litigation. In other documents, their only recourse is to sue the officers of the company or the board. With all I read, I would not be selling my shares today for a penny. Just my opinion. Good luck.
